Crystal Crider
Dr. Crystal Crider is a senior healthcare consultant specializing in national provider network optimization and value-based programs. Crystal has held positions managing independent practices, advising healthcare start-ups, strengthening mature health plans, and consulting various healthcare efforts. She has been responsible for consulting on topics such as compliance, finance, quality improvement, utilization management, technology, communications, marketing, strategy and vision execution. Dr. Crider works with internal and external stakeholders to provide thought leadership, relationship management, and business development for provider contracting and strategic initiatives.
Dr. Crider earned her Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree from Walden University, specializing in value-based care, specifically Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organizations. Crystal has a Master of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration, both from the University of Central Florida. She has also completed coursework in healthcare risk management and healthcare compliance. Crystal teaches undergraduate Health Services Administration courses at the University of Central Florida.
